Who is it for?

  • Investors who have a small number of deals under their belt but the process to securing more deals is going too slowly and/or you are struggling to raise finance 
  • You’ve probably done some training courses so you have knowledge about how some strategies work, but you are struggling to implement/make it relevant for yourself

Who is it NOT for?

  • If you have never invested in property before and don’t know anything about how to do it this isn’t for you - this programme is about filling in the gaps in existing knowledge so that you can take action on it 
  • If you want to start a brand new model that you know nothing about - you would be better off undertaking a specific training in that model before taking this programme

Do I have to have raised finance before to be eligible?

No, this is designed to give you the tools and understanding for how your model will work with investors so you have more confidence and clarity when talking with potential investors. 

Do I need to know what strategy I want to do before I start?

No, we will go through a process together to select which model is best for you, in order to build your business model around. It cannot be a strategy that you have no knowledge or experience with. 

How much time will I have to commit?

About 4-8 hours per week.

Will the group sessions be recorded?

Yes, but we highly advise you attend live so that you can feed in your specific questions / make the learning relevant to you.
