We are your fully outsourced financial management team - covering all levels of your financial management team from Bookkeeper to Financial Controller to Financial Director.
Each quarter you have a 1-2-1 Financial Review with Detail Dave (FD for Tomes Homes Group) to unpick the finance side of your business and give support and guidance on how well the business strategy is working from a numbers perspective, and pinpointing areas that may be weak or could do with a tweak or pivot.
We use the data from your business to point you in the right direction, and we'll make sure you're really clear about what is working and what you should be doing more of to grow profitably and sustainably.
With all of this, you'll have more time to focus on income generating tasks and driving (profitable) business growth.
You won't have to deal with the headspace drain of keeping accounts up-to-date (no more account filing headaches at the end of the tax year! No more guilty shoe boxes full of receipts!)
And you'll get consistent feedback on your financials (risks, anomalies, what could be optimised) and support to make decisions based on your data, and continually point you in the direction of where the money is!
For all of this there is a fixed monthly fee, that is dependent on the size and type of your portfolio. As an example, a portfolio of 10 x 5 bed HMO’s would be £288pcm.
