  • We work together 1-2-1 to build your property systemisation strategy
  • Depending on the specific needs of the client this can either be done over 6 x monthly 2-hour sessions, or as an accelerated version over 2 or 3 more intensive days
  • Sessions are held online via Zoom video conferencing software (so you can join from wherever you have an internet connection!) or when diaries allow face-to-face in London
  • If you have a business partner, they can join you in your sessions for no additional charge 
  • Around our sessions Jackie, Dave & the rest of the Tomes Homes team are on hand to provide support, guidance and ensure your business building is consistently building systemisation momentum!

Investment for the programme: £6,495+VAT  - this can be spread over 6 monthly payments, or alternatively there is a 15% pay in full discount

If you are accepted onto this 1-2-1 programme lead by Jackie Tomes and supported by Dave and the rest of the Tomes Homes team you are making a commitment to scaling up your property business. We only take a maximum of 4 students each year through this programme, and we only accept those that are ready to take their property business (and lives!) to the next level. You will need to have an established property investment business - though occasionally those who are less experienced are accepted if they display the right fundamentals.

In order to do all of the above we will go through the following process:

  • Systems Mapping

We will create the overall structure of your business to be in line with your Vision (e.g. the size / scale we are aiming for it to get to), and then across the different areas we will map, in detail, what systems and processes are going to be required to create order, consistency and remove the burden of responsibility of everything from you to ensure you are not overwhelmed with too much to do, and instead have an efficient team doing this for you.

  • Team Mapping: clarity on Roles so we can get effective implementation of Systems across your team 

Who does what in the current team, and what do we need them to be taking ownership of moving forwards? 

Understanding the current team members and what their skillsets and profiles are, so that we can decide who is going to be best to implement what systems, and who should be responsible for them on an ongoing basis. We’ll also identify any gaps in the team and spec out what is required to fill these gaps and when will be appropriate to do so. Identify missing links in Team (e.g. HR) and make plan to fill this gap

End result: 1 Page Team Map 

  • A Priority Plan for Implementation

Create a priority order & step-by-step plan for what Systems & Processes need to be implemented and by who.  This prioritisation will be linked up directly with the right team member in your business to make this happen.

As part of the programme you'll also get access to 6 x 30 minute "SOS" Phone Calls. These calls can be booked as and when you need them. You simply need to email us if you have something that requires priority discussion before our next session together, and we'll get this booked in ASAP.  

In these calls we can discuss anything that you need help with! Some examples of the sort of questions we can cover in these calls are...:  

- "How do I structure a new deal with a JV partner?"  

- "I can't get lending on X deal - what can I do?"

Frequently Asked Questions:  

  • Can I spread the payments for the programme? Yes – you can spread your payments over 6 equal instalments
  • Are there any discounts available? If you would like to pay upfront for the programme there is a 15% pay in full discount
  • How much extra do you charge if I want to bring my business partner? I think it’s important to get both business partners along to strategy sessions, so if you have a business partner, they can join you in your sessions for no additional charge. 
  • Is this a tax-deductable business expense? If you have an existing property business, then it is usually possible to deduct the cost of a training programme before tax. Please confirm this with your accountant
