If you are accepted onto this 1-2-1 programme lead by Jackie Tomes and supported by Dave and the rest of the Tomes Homes team you are making a commitment to scaling up your property business. We only take a maximum of 4 students each year through this programme, and we only accept those that are ready to take their property business (and lives!) to the next level. You will need to have an established property investment business - though occasionally those who are less experienced are accepted if they display the right fundamentals.

In order to do all of the above we will go through the following process:
We will create the overall structure of your business to be in line with your Vision (e.g. the size / scale we are aiming for it to get to), and then across the different areas we will map, in detail, what systems and processes are going to be required to create order, consistency and remove the burden of responsibility of everything from you to ensure you are not overwhelmed with too much to do, and instead have an efficient team doing this for you.

Who does what in the current team, and what do we need them to be taking ownership of moving forwards?
Understanding the current team members and what their skillsets and profiles are, so that we can decide who is going to be best to implement what systems, and who should be responsible for them on an ongoing basis. We’ll also identify any gaps in the team and spec out what is required to fill these gaps and when will be appropriate to do so. Identify missing links in Team (e.g. HR) and make plan to fill this gap
End result: 1 Page Team Map
Create a priority order & step-by-step plan for what Systems & Processes need to be implemented and by who. This prioritisation will be linked up directly with the right team member in your business to make this happen.

Sharing of our process documentation where needed, that can be used as templates for your business / team (i.e. the Toolkit of Systems that you will get access to will be completely relevant to what we are working on together, any process documentation that we have created that will be of benefit to you will be freely shared)
Access to the Systems Masterclass which has a step-by-step approach on how to set up specific systems (that your team can use as training videos)

If I had to put a nominal value on it, when taking into account the many hours of work spent building and refining these, and the costs of other professional fees needed in their creation, it would be well in excess of £10,000, and this is included completely for free.
